Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Reach X, LLC collects when you use NexGuard at nexguardhq.com, and what we do with it.

Information We Collect

When you create an account we collect your email address and a hash of your password. If you choose to provide it, we also collect your mobile phone number. Providing a phone number is optional and no part of the service requires one.

If you subscribe, our payment processor collects and holds your payment details. We never see or store your card number.

The NexGuard scanner running on your machine does not transmit your files, your filenames, or any description of your machine's contents to us. Its only outbound request is a download of the public hash list.

How We Use Information Collected.

We use your email address to operate your account, to send you transactional messages about your subscription, and to answer you when you contact us. We use your phone number only for the categories of text message you specifically consented to at signup, and only if you gave us a number.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text Messaging

Text message consent is collected separately for service notifications and for marketing messages. Neither is required to create an account, to subscribe, or to use any part of NexGuard. You can withdraw either consent at any time by replying STOP to a message from us, or by emailing support@nexguardhq.com. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies.

Information We Do Not Share

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not operate a lead generation business through NexGuard and we do not pass your information to partners, affiliates, or advertisers. We disclose information only to service providers who process it on our behalf under contract (for example our payment processor and our hosting provider), or where we are legally required to.

Retention

We keep account information for as long as your account exists. If you close your account we delete your personal information within 90 days, except where we are required to retain records of a transaction.

Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@nexguardhq.com. You may remove your phone number from your account at any time without affecting your subscription.
